For 1 serving.
Ingredients:
4 tbsp rolled oats1 tsp chia seed
1 tsp vanilla essence (optional)
1 tbsp lemon juice (put 2 if your yogurt is super sweet. 1 tbsp is just nice for me)
150ml milk
Mixed berries yogurt (I use Yoplait yogurt)
Some blueberries
1 tbsp condensed milk (optional)
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, mix the oats, chia seed, vanilla essence and lemon juice. Vanilla essence will actually helps to bring out the flavour.2. Then, pour in the milk and mix well until it begins to thicken.
3. In a jar, evenly spread a layer of yogurt. Then transfer the oats and layer on top of the yogurt. Continue this process for 1 or 2 times.
4. Top the oats some blueberries and add condensed milk on top of it. I just want some balance of the sweetness by doing so because I actually put 2 tbsp of lemon juice on mine. Oopss...
5. Cover the jar and soak overnight. (Approx. 8 hrs)
