For the peanut butter, I use Yogood PB with no sugar added.
For 1 serving.
Ingredients:
4 or 5 tbsp rolled oats1 tsp chia seed
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 mashed banana
1 sliced banana (optional)
1 tbsp peanut butter
150ml milk
Some blueberries (optional)
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, mash the banana.2. Place the oats, chia seed and peanut butter in the mason jar. If your peanut butter is sweet, you might want to put lesser.
3. Pour in the mashed banana. Add in vanilla essence and milk.
4. Mix well and soak overnight (approx. 8 hrs)
5. Before eating the next day, top with sliced banana.
