Am so happy to finally be able to try their pies. A Pie Thing had been there in Uptown for quite some time. Easily spotted as the shop is facing LDP with a bright signboard at the corner. 

A cool concept of making pies the main thing. The environment was cozy and simple with few tables outside of the shop and some bar top tables and chairs too. 

Few trays of different pies right beside of the ordering counter. All looks the same but definitely the filling is unique by itself! Chicken, lamb, beef. They have it all. If you're looking for something Asian, you might wanna try the Thai Green Curry Fish Pie. Bet it taste awesome with the combination of spiciness and fragrant curry surrounded by the pie crust.

Yes, there are also sweet pies besides the savory pies above. That's why they are named as "A Pie Thing". Its all about pies! :)

A dessert lover like me will wish to spare some spaces in the little tummy for these desserts. I was too full after having one Chicken Mushroom pie and one soda. Didn't have chance to try the sweet pies. But, I will definitely will when I visit again. 

I like the way the pies and drink was served in a little basket. :)

Chicken Mushroom Pie and Lemon Lime Soda (RM20.90)

I ordered a Chicken Mushroom Pie with The Mashacre which means a complete topping which consist of mashed potato, mashed green peas and gravy. There are few types of topping selection available. Comes with a soda and for this set. I choosed Lemon Lime Soda. It was refreshing. 

The pie was definitely good. The pie filling was not too salty. They gave a generous scoop of toppings. Love the little wooden fork provided. 

I suggest to order one savoury pie and one sweet pie as dessert and share between 2 or 3 person. I over estimated my tummy and ended up was very full. I will definitely visit A Pie Thing again for the Pulled Lamb Pie and Nuttella Pie. Yummy!
